Day Rate: £400 per day

Remote work with the occasional office visit in Cumbria
Are you an experienced Health and Safety professional with a passion for training and developing others?
This is a great opportunity to join a respected consultancy to take the lead on the delivery of health and safety training and courses to a diverse client base. Working as part of a professional team, you'll help clients maintain high standards and drive positive safety culture.
Responsibilities
- Delivering IOSH Working Safely and Managing Safely courses, alongside Level 3 Health and Safety and fire safety training.
- Developing and delivering engaging, practical training sessions through both virtual and face to face.
- Supporting clients with their wider Health and Safety training requirements and providing practical advice where required.
- Building strong client relationships and adapting training delivery to suit different audiences and learning needs.
Requirements:
- A Level 3 Train the Trainer or equivalent teaching qualification.
- A strong Health and Safety background with experience delivering professional training, ideally including IOSH courses.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to engage and influence at all levels.
- A practical, hands‑on approach and a genuine passion for improving safety performance.
