Fire Safety and Compliance Surveyor (12-Month FTC)
Salary: Β£50,000 per annum plus benefits
Location: London, occasional travel to Surrey, Berkshire, and Hampshire

What You'll Do
- Carry out fire door inspections and oversee replacements and remedial actions.
- Act swiftly on fire risk assessments to mitigate hazards and safeguard occupants.
- Oversee contractors to ensure work meets required safety standards.
- Maintain meticulous records supporting building safety and compliance.
- Communicate proactively with customers and stakeholders to build trust and deliver safety solutions.
You'll Need
- Strong experience in fire safety inspection, building safety, or housing maintenance.
- Knowledge of fire safety legislation, building regulations, and compartmentation surveying.
- Relevant certifications such as CIOB Level 6 Certificate in Fire Safety or equivalent.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive, solutions-oriented approach.
