We are excited to be partnering with a leading residential property provider to recruit an Interim Building Safety Act Consultant. This critical role involves leading the review, drafting, and submission process for multiple Building Safety Case Reports for high-rise buildings across the UK. You will collaborate closely with the estates team, applying your extensive expertise to review and refine safety case reports, ensuring the business successfully navigates the approval process.
Key responsibilities include:
- Collaborate with the estates team to ensure thorough knowledge and understanding of each site
- Analyse existing reports to identify opportunities for improvement and necessary adjustments
- Take ownership of the submission process for each Building Safety Case Report
- Manage and action all relevant appeals processes
- Ensure full compliance with Building Safety Regulations (BSR)
The successful candidate will have:
- A relevant degree or diploma level qualification
- A residential property background, and hard facilities management experience preferred
- Proven track record of preparing and submitting Building Safety Case Reports, managing the entire process
