Managing Consultant – Health and Safety Construction Lead

Responsibilities of the Health and Safety Manager will include:

  1. Assisting, advising, and coaching contractors to ensure efficient and effective delivery of the health and safety strategy
  2. Conducting incident investigations to identify root causes and making recommendations to prevent reoccurrence
  3. Auditing and reporting on health and safety performance
  4. Continuously assessing opportunities for health and safety improvements and sharing best practices across the organisation

The successful Health and Safety Manager will have:

  1. Proven experience in a similar role, ideally within construction or a related industry
  2. Experience operating at site level, influencing and engaging key stakeholders
  3. Ideally a NEBOSH/NCRQ Diploma or NVQ5 (or equivalent) and Grad IOSH status, working towards Chartered status
  4. Experience with RC Frames is desirable
