This role will help us to do this by providing coordinated planning, administration and data support to the Building Safety Team and wider Asset Management functions.
Youll play a key role in supporting the effective delivery of asset, building safety and customer-focused services by planning operative and surveyor activity, raising and monitoring orders, maintaining accurate systems and records, processing service information, and ensuring colleagues, contractors and customers receive timely updates.
A key focus of the role is to keep work moving efficiently through strong diary management, accurate data handling, clear communication and responsive customer service.
