This role will help us to do this by providing a professional labouring service that delivers an excellent customer experience whilst adhering to health and safety regulations and organisational policies and procedures. In this role, you will be responsible for: Support decorators in carrying out painting and decorating work within the customer homes & vacant properties Aid all trades team with a range of property repair and maintenance tasks Ensure customer's homes are left clean, secure, safe and disposing of waste in line with company procedures Report any potential repairs and safeguarding issues that you notice in the customers' homes Updating PDA systems Orders parts, materials or follow-on work as required We need someone who has: Experience undertaking general labouring duties (roofing/ground working), or of working within a similar role
