Interview location: Oaklands House, Suite 2, Second Floor, Oaklands House, 34 Washway Road, Sale, M33 6FS
MOUP Hours: 35 hours per week, with services operating between 7:45am and 8:10pm, Monday to Sunday worked on a shift rota including 2 on 2 off weekends and shifts across the week. Shifts are either 7:45am to 4:45pm (Early), 10:00am to 6:00pm (Flexi) or 11:10am to 8:10pm (Late).

This role will help us achieve our ambition by working as part of a team within supported housing and outreach services in Greater Manchester, providing high-quality, personalised housing-related support and enablement support to adult clients.
We're looking for someone who can help clients live independently in accommodation suited to their needs and successfully maintain their home. You'll support clients to develop the skills, confidence and resilience needed to access education, training, employment and meaningful community activities. xgikmsk You'll also help clients achieve financial stability, maintain healthy lifestyles and work towards their individual goals.
