The predicted salary is between 30000 - 40000 Β£ per year.

Permanent, Full Time 39 hours per week (agile working arrangements in place) Monday to Thursday 08:00 - 16:30, Friday 08:00 - 15:30.

This role will help us to do this by providing a professional roofing service that delivers an excellent customer experience, adhering to health and safety regulations and organisational policies and procedures.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Undertaking roofing work and associated multitasking activities in customers' homes and empty homes.
  • Installing skylights.
  • Inspecting damages and estimating costs of labour, plant and materials.
  • Repairing or replacing broken materials (Slate, tile or flat roofing components).
  • Delivering an excellent customer experience by understanding the different needs of our customers.
  • Reporting any potential repairs and safeguarding issues that you notice in the customers' homes.

We need people who are:

  • City and Guilds Parts I, II or NVQ Level 2 in Roofing.
  • Experienced in undertaking roofing work and/or within a similar role.
  • Experienced in working out areas and quantities.
  • Knowledgeable in sound building and construction.
  • Knowledgeable in general building maintenance repair.

Successful candidates will be required to undergo a Basic DBS check before appointment and must hold a full, valid UK driving licence.
