Permanent, Full Time 39 hours per week (agile working arrangements in place)

Monday to Thursday 08:00 16:30, Friday 08:00 15:30

This role will help us to do this by providing a professional roofing service that delivers an excellent customer experience, adhering to health and safety regulations and organisational policies and procedures.

In this role, you will be responsible for

\n

\n

    \n
  • Undertaking roofing work and associated multitasking activities in customers homes and empty homes
  • \n

  • Installing skylights
  • \n

  • Inspecting damages and estimate costs of labour, plant and materials
  • \n

  • Repair or replace broken materials (Slate, tile or flat roofing components)
  • \n

  • Delivering an excellent customer experience by understanding the different needs of our customers.
  • \n

  • Reporting any potential repairs and safeguarding issues that you notice in the customers homes.

We need people who are

\n

    \n
  • City and Guilds Parts I, II or NVQ Level 2 in Roofing
  • \n

  • Experience of undertaking roofing work and/or within a similar role
  • \n

  • Experience of working out areas and quantities
  • \n

  • Sound building and construction knowledge
  • \n

  • General building maintenance repair knowledge

Successful candidates will be required to undergo a Basic DBS check before appointment and must hold a full, valid UK driving licence.
