This role will help us to do this by providing a professional painting and decorating service, delivering an excellent customer experience and adhering to health and safety regulations and organisational policies and procedures.
In this role, you will be responsible for Carrying out all aspects of painting and decorating to customers homes and empty properties.
Undertaking supplementary-skilled taskssuch as patch plastering, making good defects to architraves and skirting boards, apply mould growth treatments as per manufacturers specification Delivering an excellent customer experience by understanding the different needs of our customers and tailoring your approach.
Leave customers homes clean and safe and dispose of any waste in line with our company policy.
Report any potential repairs and safeguarding issues that you notice in the customers homes.
We need people who are/hold Experience of painting and decorating work and associated multitasking activities in customer`s homes Sound building and construction knowledge General building maintenance repair knowledge City and Guilds Parts I, II or NVQ Level 2 in Painting and Decorating Full valid driving licence Everyones welcome here.
