This role will help us to do this by providing professional groundworks services, delivering an excellent customer experience and adhering to current regulations and organisational policies and procedures.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Carrying out all aspects of grounds maintenance to customers' homes and empty properties, including repairs and removals.
- Undertaking supplementary-skilled tasks, such as brickwork and block work, joinery and patch repairs.
- Delivering an excellent customer experience by understanding the different needs of our customers.
- Reporting any potential repairs and safeguarding issues that you notice in the customers' homes.
- Operating machinery and equipment in a safe and correct manner.
We need people who:
- Hold a City and Guilds Parts I, II or NVQ Level 2 in Groundwork.
- Have experience working in a similar role.
- Have experience undertaking groundwork duties and associated tasks in customers' homes.
- Have sound building and construction knowledge.
- Have a full valid driving licence.
Please note this role is subject to a basic DBS check.
