Permanent, Full Time 39 hours per week (agile working arrangements in place) Monday to Thursday 08:00-16:30, Friday 08:00-15:30

This role will help us to do this by providing a professional roofing service that delivers an excellent customer experience, adhering to health and safety regulations and organisational policies and procedures.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Undertaking roofing work and associated multitasking activities in customers' homes and empty homes
  • Installing skylights
  • Inspecting damages and estimating costs of labour, plant and materials
  • Repairing or replacing broken materials (Slate, tile or flat roofing components)
  • Delivering an excellent customer experience by understanding the different needs of our customers
  • Reporting any potential repairs and safeguarding issues that you notice in the customers' homes

We need people who are:

  • City and Guilds Parts I, II or NVQ Level 2 in Roofing
  • Experienced in undertaking roofing work and/or within a similar role
  • Knowledgeable in working out areas and quantities
  • Possess sound building and construction knowledge
  • Have general building maintenance repair knowledge

Successful candidates will be required to undergo a Basic DBS check before appointment and must hold a full, valid UK driving licence.
