Our client is not a traditional charity with on the ground delivery or programs, so they are looking for a person who thinks strategically and can translate big ideas into compelling reasons to support their mission. This role calls for energy, urgency and a drive to turn interest into real support. As Fundraising and Engagement Manager, youll seek to generate income from multiple sources and ensure high quality stewardship of relationships, finding alignment between funders and cause. You will have the gift of making people see the value of their purpose and the ability to take funders and donors on a journey to understand the power of their thought leadership and campaigning. Youll have a strong understanding of the funding landscape, including the priorities of potential supporters, the potential and current landscape as it relates to women and girls and their strategic direction as a charity. Youll be able to spot alignment, spark ideas and shape opportunities that secure long-term support. Reporting to the Head of Communications and Engagements and working closely with the CEO and Head of People, Finance and Operations you will lead their income generation. Main responsibilities are to:?
