Irwell Valley Homes is recruiting for a permanent full-time role (35 hours per week) within Greater Manchester to provide high-quality housing-related support for adult clients. Duties include enabling independent living, education, employment and community engagement.
The role covers supported housing and outreach services with a shift rota, including evenings, weekends and bank holidays. DBS enhanced is required.
