Hours: Variable hours (Monday – Sunday shift patterns can include late cover and nights at our Salford scheme).
The casual roles will help us to do this by providing support through a person-centred approach to vulnerable adults and young people in our independent living projects and schemes.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Supporting our customers to help them develop independent living skills, helping them to achieve their potential and to engage in activities and the community.
- Helping to enable customers to develop emotional resilience, overcome barriers and take control of their lives and be involved in all aspects of housing management.
- Coaching, mentoring and providing a strengths-based approach.
We need people who are/have:
- Worked in a similar role, in a supported housing environment or relevant social care setting.
- Experience of working with vulnerable adults and young people with support needs.
- Experience of strengths-based support planning and risk assessment.
An enhanced DBS check with Adults and Children is required for this role.
