Irwell Valley Homes in Sale is seeking an Energy Assessor and Home Quality Surveyor to deliver stock condition surveys and EPCs, ensuring accurate data supports Decent Homes compliance. You’ll work with the Asset Management team to drive improvements and inform future programmes.
You will handle internal/external surveys, update asset records, and perform retrofit assessments as required, contributing to high-quality housing across our portfolio.
