Customer Service Advisor

Sale, Manchester £26,139.21 per annum Permanent, Full Time – 35 hours per week (agreed shift pattens between 8am and 5pm)

We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join our Customer Service Team.

You will support customers through a growing range of digital channels such as telephone, live chat, social media and email while also helping them to navigate our customer portal.

  • In this role, you will be responsible for
  • Providing excellent customer service across a range of channels.
  • Responding to a wide range of customer enquiries and resolving them at the first point of contact wherever possible.
  • Supporting customers with our customer portal and basic technical queries.
  • Accurately recording customer interactions and actions on our systems.
  • Working with colleagues across the organisation to resolve enquiries and keep customers informed.
  • Contributing to service improvements and team performance.
  • We need people who are
  • Customer-focused, with a genuine commitment to delivering an excellent customer experience.
  • Able to work under pressure, manage priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communicators who can remain calm and professional in challenging situations.
  • Positive, adaptable and willing to learn new systems and processes.
  • IT literate, with experience of Microsoft Office and ideally CRM or Housing Management systems.
