Job Overview

We require Project Managers that have experience in delivering component replacement projects within the social housing sector, and who are responsible for managing relevant budgets, managing the day-to-day operation of the project liaising with customers, contractors, and internal colleagues.

Key Responsibilities

We re looking for those who can be responsible for planning and organising IVH s planned works programmes, including the day-to-day delivery and development of effective, customer focused planned, cyclical and stock investment activities.

Working closely with key internal colleagues and external partners to deliver excellent customer service that meet the aspirations of our customers, you will ensure the values and ethos of the organisation are reflected and achieving continuous improvement and excellent customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Building Studies ONC / HNC (or equivalent)
  • Experience within a similar role: Construction/Building/Asset Management industry experience
  • Experience of working in building maintenance sector and/or social housing
  • Previous planning experience
  • IT literate (Excel, Word and Database), Ideally with experience of using an Asset Management database system
  • A good understanding of Health and Safety Regulations
  • Must be able to manage job workloads and achieve targets
  • Full valid driving licence and access to your own vehicle
