Salary: £32,800 pa + Company Vehicle (for work use only including travel to and from work)

This role will help us to do this by providing a professional plastering service that delivers an excellent customer experience. In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Adhering to health and safety regulations and organisational policies and procedures.
  • Carrying out all aspects of plastering works to customers’ homes and empty properties.
  • Undertaking supplementary-skilled tasks.
  • Delivering an excellent customer experience by understanding the different needs of our customers and tailoring your approach.
  • Leaving customers’ homes clean and safe.
  • Reporting any potential repairs and safeguarding issues that you notice in the customers’ homes.

From time to time you may be asked to undertake the following supplementary-skilled tasks such as:

  • Remove, refit and renew skirting, architraves, kitchen units and worktops.
  • Remove and refit wash hand basin, WC pan and cisterns.
  • Undertake all DPC works.
  • Undertake tanking.
  • Rendering to external walls.
  • Remove and refit rainwater and soil pipes.

We need people who can:

  • Undertake plastering work and associated multitasking activities in customers' homes.
  • Have sound building and construction knowledge.
  • Have good general building maintenance repair knowledge.
  • Hold a City and Guilds Parts I, II or NVQ Level 2 in Plastering.
