Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver a high‑quality customer experience whilst carrying out a range of plumbing works within customers’ homes and vacant properties.
- Update PDA systems accurately and in real time to reflect job progress.
- Liaise with planners when customers are unavailable or work cannot be completed.
- Operate machinery and equipment safely and correctly in accordance with manufacturer guidance.
- Support and supervise apprentices as and when required, ensuring they work safely and meet required standards of workmanship.
What we are looking for:
- Demonstrable experience in a secondary trade (namely tiling and/or bathroom fitting).
- Hold an NVQ Level 2 (or above) in Plumbing.
- Experience working in a similar role within the industry.
- Be able to work with multiple trades within the domestic sector.
- Experience diagnosing issues and prioritising work effectively.
- Full valid driving licence.
