This role will help us to do this by providing a professional multi-skilled joinery service that delivers an excellent customer experience, as well as adhering to health and safety regulations and organisational policies and procedures.

In this role you will be responsible for:

  • Carrying out all aspects of joinery and multi-skilled work—including tiling, patch plastering, and minor plumbing—in customers’ homes and vacant properties.
  • You will assess, prioritise, and complete tasks across a range of domestic trades, including work outside your core trade from start to finish.
  • You’ll identify and report repair or safeguarding concerns, carry out daily vehicle checks, and drive responsibly in line with company policy.
  • You will also ensure tools, plant, and equipment are inspected, used safely in accordance with manufacturer guidance and health and safety policies, and properly maintained and returned for others to use.

We need people who have:

  • NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Joinery/Carpentry (Essential) or NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Joinery/Carpentry or an NVQ Level 2 in an alternate trade (plumbing/plastering/tiling). (Desirable)
  • Experience with undertaking multi-skilled joinery work within a similar role
  • Experience working across all trades within the domestic sector.
  • Sound building, construction, General maintenance / repair knowledge
  • Experience in working with IT
