Our organisation is committed to supporting tenants across Greater Manchester. We are looking for a tenancy sustainment coach to work within a flexible, agile culture that encourages customer focused care and proactive intervention.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer focused support, encouraging a wide range of tenants to successfully manage their tenancy and live independently.
- Deliver early intervention, guidance and assistance to customers at risk of failing to sustain their tenancy, from before and during the tenancy.
- Work with customers with complex needs and tailor the service to meet individual requirements.
- Analyse customer demand trends and sustainment trigger points using data to inform best practice approaches.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Experience in a similar role in social housing or community-based support services.
- Knowledge of relevant legislation, policy and benefits legislation and experience of applying for benefits.
- Ability to drive and access to a personal vehicle.
- Willingness to work outside normal office hours, including occasional evenings and weekends.
