Base pay range Salary: ÂŁ43,000 pa plus car allowance of ÂŁ1000 per annum

Contract Type: Permanent

Hours: 35 hours per week Monday – Friday (agile working arrangements in place)

Responsibilities

  • To help Irwell Valley to achieve our vision of “creating fantastic places to live and enjoy life”.
  • You will be responsible for the day-to-day operational management of our Homeownership service, including property management of our blocks and management of all non-standard tenures: Leasehold, Shared Ownership, Rent to Buy, Market Rent, Intermediate Market Rent, Commercial Leases, Conveyancing, Land Sales and Property Disposals/Purchasing.
  • Lead on the sales and lets of new build homeownership homes built by our development team (either directly or managing via an agent).
  • Oversee Right to Buy/Acquire for the organisation.
  • Manage compliance and performance.
  • Manage the team of Property Managers, delivering excellent customer service and attaining excellent performance standards.

Qualifications

  • Experience of social housing and housing legislation.
  • Knowledge of Leasehold, Shared Ownership, Private Rented (Market Rent and Intermediate Market Rent), Commercial Leases and Freeholders, Conveyancing, Land and Property Purchasing customers and colleagues, blocks and properties.
  • Experience of working in a similar role in Leasehold Management.
  • Flexible approach to working hours (including evenings and weekends) and hold a valid driving license.
