Head of Asset Management
Your role: you will actively support the Executive Director Development & Growth in shaping and executing strategic initiatives, and the Asset Management Strategy, leading to successful delivery and decision‑making.
Leading the delivery and implementation of the organisation’s asset management ambitions you will ensure our homes are safe, affordable and of good quality, including all property related investment and compliance, investment planning, sustainability, facilities management and building safety functions whilst providing excellent customer service to all stakeholders.
We are looking for someone who can maximise the impact of the specialist knowledge and expertise within the asset management team to influence, guide and drive the development of IVH strategy, plans and services to deliver operational success.
Qualifications & Experience
- A degree or an appropriate professional qualification.
- Demonstrable experience in a senior role, ideally within a housing association or the public/not‑for‑profit sector.
- Proven track record in asset management, including compliance, health & safety and reporting within a complex regulated environment.
- Extensive asset management experience within a property‑related environment.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with an ability to interpret and use financial data effectively to manage the development programme.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence decision‑making at the highest levels.
