Salary: £50,000pa

Contract Type: Permanent

Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday – Friday (agile working arrangements in place)

This is an exciting new role working as part of the Business Improvement Team. You will work across the organisation to support the identification and development of a series of comprehensive and innovative business solutions that deliver improved value for money through delivering efficiencies and improved customer service experience.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing the full core system(s) life cycle to ensure user acceptance, readiness and seamless product process adherence.
  • Working with service delivery teams, project managers, contractors, development teams and other project stakeholders to manage the co-ordination and delivery of the software release cycles and system improvements.
  • Effectively designing, developing and implementing core system(s) enhancements, automations, integration, configuration changes and visual reporting.
  • Reviewing the content of product roadmaps and releases to ensure the business can adopt new features.
  • Acting as the core systems owner/champion and anticipate changes in core systems user needs.
  • Monitoring benefits and impact of core system enhancements against IVH Living Better methodology (Customer, Colleague, Carbon & Cost).
  • Championing robust performance data quality across the organisation.
  • Designing and developing datasets and data visualisations to support informed system and performance improvement.

We need people who are / have:

  • A keen interest and competency in using our core systems.
  • The ability to analyse and interpret data.
  • Are able to use Lean systems or other formally recognised improvement methodology.
  • Knowledge of Power BI.
