This role will help us to do this by providing coordinated planning, administration and data support to the Building Safety Team and wider Asset Management functions. You'll play a key role in supporting the effective delivery of asset, building safety and customer-focused services by planning operative and surveyor activity, raising and monitoring orders, maintaining accurate systems and records, processing service information, and ensuring colleagues, contractors and customers receive timely updates. A key focus of the role is to keep work moving efficiently through strong diary management, accurate data handling, clear communication and responsive customer service. In this role, you will be responsible for

  • Plan work into operatives', surveyors' and specialist colleagues' diaries using relevant systems, including PDA and scheduling tools, and arrange follow-on jobs where required.
  • Raise, process and monitor orders, and purchase requests in line with agreed authorisation levels, ensuring accurate information is available for reporting and service delivery.
  • Maintain asset, contractor, customer and job records across relevant ICT systems, ensuring data is accurate, up to date and recorded in line with service requirements.
  • Liaise with customers, colleagues, contractors and other stakeholders to arrange appointments, provide service updates, resolve queries and support a positive customer experience. General knowledge/experience of IT usage
  • Experience of managing and maintaining asset related data linked to service delivery provision
  • Experience providing administrative support to a building safety team/function
  • IT literate including Microsoft Office 365
  • Admin and data processing skills
