Responsibilities
- Lead a team working on reinstatement projects for commercial and domestic properties affected by insured perils, with project values ranging from £50,000 to £5 million.
- Mentor and develop team members to ensure delivery of high‑quality technical reports and excellent client service.
- Promote Sedgwick’s commitment to 'making claims easy for everyone' and ensure team consistently meets performance targets.
- Oversee financial aspects of projects, set and achieve team targets, and understand how to influence outcomes.
- Liaise with insurer clients, understand their specific requirements, and collaborate with internal teams for integrated service delivery.
- Maintain close working relationships with colleagues in Loss Adjusting and develop relationships with non‑insurance clients.
