You’ll play a pivotal role in driving global sales across a diverse portfolio, including aerial delivery systems, naval decoy systems, and through-life support. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and execute winning strategies to secure new international business.
- Identify, negotiate and close high-value opportunities across core markets.
- Build and nurture relationships with customers, partners, and agents.
- Lead outward-facing initiatives to explore new routes to market, including collaborations with major aerospace and defence primes.
- Represent the company at global trade shows, military trials, and industry events.
- Drive customer-centric innovation by supporting product development and engineering teams.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and opportunity pipelines.
- Champion our brand and capabilities in the Defence Aerospace sector.
What we expect:
- Proven success in international business development within Aerospace & Defence (Military/Civilian Aerospace, Maritime, or MRO).
- Strong commercial acumen and understanding of defence procurement cycles.
- Willingness to travel internationally multiple times per month.
