Sales Manager - Lubricants

Title: Sales Manager – Lubricant specialty chemicals & Additives

Area To Be Covered: United Kingdom & Ireland (Remote)

Package: £55,000-£70,000 Base salary + 10% annual bonus + company car

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Reporting to the Managing Director, you would be responsible for driving growth within the business unit.
• Manage, develop, and understand the needs of a growing customer base, making regular visits to these accounts to build, maintain and manage relationships with key contacts at all levels.
• Carry out visits to target customers to promote products and provide feedback to business and suppliers of customer response and activity.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience within Lubricant specialty chemicals industry including lubricant additives, base oils, Corrosion inhibitors, Fatty Acid Amides.
• Regional experience of the UK and Ireland.
• A valid driving license, and evidence of insurability.
• Someone who is aggressive and likes building relationships, with a deep technical understanding.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to liaise with people at all levels.
