UK Sales Manager - Labels in Reading

Title: UK Sales Manager – Labels Manufacturing (Printing/Packaging)

Location: Remote – can be based anywhere in the UK with domestic travel as required.

Package: £70,000-£80,000 base salary, with a 20-25% target bonus

Responsibilities:

• Strong focus on driving new business
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business goals.
• Analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
• Set short-term and long-term sales targets.
• Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports.
• Address client concerns promptly and professionally.
• Manage sales documentation, pipelines, and CRM data integrity.

Requirements:

• Must have experience in the labels or printing industry
• Ideally has experience selling in to Logistics, E-Commerce or Retail sectors
• Strong experience building new business pipelines
• Bachelors degree preferred
• Ability to travel across the UK
