Key Responsibilities
- Lead the full recruitment life-cycle from briefing through to placement – developing new business opportunities whilst managing existing client relationships.
- Attend weekly and monthly management projection meetings, updating Directors about your lines of business.
- Headhunt top industry talent and manage these relationships to fill senior roles internationally (LinkedIn, Adverts, Networking).
- Continuously upskill on LI Recruiter.
- Deliver consultative talent solutions to clients across your specialist market.
- Treat your desk like your own mini-business whilst being responsible for handling your own volume of jobs and applicants.
- Contribute to team success through both collaboration and mentoring.
- Hit yearly target YoY providing consistent period billings for the company.
Ideal Requirements
- Proven experience in recruitment or search, ideally in a senior or principal-level role.
- Strong business development and account management skills.
- Demonstrated success in delivering against revenue targets.
- Professional, consultative, and relationship-driven approach.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
