Overview: Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dealer Branch Manager to lead our branch operations, ensuring exceptional service delivery and business growth within the construction machinery sector.

Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations of the branch, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company policies.

• Lead, mentor, and manage a diverse team of sales and service professionals.
• Develop and implement strategic business plans to increase market share.
• Foster strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and stakeholders.
• Monitor branch performance, analyse metrics, and drive improvement initiatives.
• Ensure optimal inventory management and supply chain processes.
