What Is The Role?

You will be a 360° Recruitment Business Consultant, managing the entire end to end recruitment process. This includes sourcing candidates, business development, bringing on clients to a cold desk and making placements. You will essentially be running your own mini-business within a niche industry vertical (think Alternative Food Products, Lab Equipment, Diagnostics, Cyber Security etc.). You will be the only person in our business specializing in your given industry.

This is a sales based role. You need to be driven by progression and continual success, have the ability to think innovatively and possess a strong work-ethic. Your Responsibilities

  • Sourcing high-level candidates and placing them with companies across the globe.
  • Developing new business and clients from scratch to build career changing relationships.
  • Conducting interviews over the phone as well as video calls with candidates and clients.
  • Providing market maps and salary benchmarking to assist clients with strategic hires.
