Title: Area Sales Manager – Office Furniture
Territory: London
Salary range: £50,000 – £65,000 (depending on experience & network)+ Bonus (circa 20-25% of annual salary) + travel / car allowance
Responsibilities
- Driving sales for an international leading designer and manufacturer of office furniture including innovative and ergonomic products which combine design, comfort and sustainability for inspiring working and living spaces.
- Their product portfolio includes a wide range of Seating, Tables / Desks and Acoustic/Screening solutions.
- Responsible for identifying, pursuing, and securing new business as well as nurturing existing dealers in London such as Tsunami Axis, Day2 Interiors, The Furniture Practice, Hunters, Wagstaff Interiors, Collaborate Furniture, Showcase Interiors etc
- As well as responsible for identifying, pursuing, and securing new business in London (Clerkenwell & Chelsea Harbor) focus on generating leads within the Architect & Design (A&D) community winning commercial office projects, driving traffic through their impressive Clerkenwell showroom
- Driving traffic through brand new showroom, conducting lunch & learns / CPD presentations with Architects, interior designers, workplace/ergonomic consultants
- Reporting directly to Country Manager & Regional Sales Director
- Focus on sustainability with numerous products certified as having a positive impact on the environment
- Strong sales background with ability to generate leads and achieve revenue goals
- Develops and implements business plans to increase new business and expansion opportunities; holds self-accountable for achieving assigned goals and objectives.
Requirements:
- Must have sales extensive experience selling commercial interior products into the London dealer channel and / or London architects & interior designers
- Must have a list of contacts / network within London office furniture dealers and /or commercial office D&B or A&D
- Excellent presentation & communication skills
- Good analytical skills
