  • Position Summary
  • Works closely with standard recipes and presentations.
  • Maintains quality standards and consistency of product and keeps waste to a minimum.
  • Preparation of all cold appetizers cold cuts and salads.
  • Assists in unloading of deliveries stocking and rotating of products.
  • Maintains the cleanliness and sanitation of the work areas and equipment in accordance with Health Department standards.
  • Job Duties

Education

  • Preferred culinary program graduate.

Experience

  • Requirements include food preparation in a high-volume hotel/restaurant environment.

  • Project a professional image and demeanor.

  • Ability to twist bend and lift up to 50 lbs of sugar and flour waist high at least once per day.
  • Ability to use hands arms and fingers to mix and to operate baking equipment.
  • Ability to twist bend kneel and reach to stock and rotate product.
  • Ability to communicate verbally with others in an effective and respectful manner.

Compensation

Base Pay Start Rate: $20.00
