Cart Barn Attendant ($16.00)
Position Summary
Cart Barn Attendants are responsible for washing drying and detailing golf cars and general upkeep of the golf car barn.
Duties included but are not limited to washing and drying of all golf operations vehicles as well as prepping and staging of golf cars.
Additional duties include collection cleaning and distribution of range balls and maintenance and cleaning of range equipment.
Duties may also include handling and cleaning of guest golf clubs and occasionally interacting with guests in a high service environment.
Job Duties
- Greet guests upon arrival and welcome them to Golf Club. Provide quality service consistently in accordance with company standards.
- Prepare and stage golf cars for daily play in accordance with club standards and practices.
- Receive transport and load guest's golf bags on assigned golf cart before the guest arrives in the staging area.
- Clean and detail golf cars before and after rounds in accordance with club standards and practices.
- Assist other staff in preparing for setting up and breaking down group events in accordance with company guidelines.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the golf car barn staging area practice facility and exterior clubhouse areas.
All areas should be free of trash debris and bird residue.
Check and empty trash receptacles frequently.
- Perform daily golf car counts to ensure all vehicles are accounted for and secured before closing.
Check chargers and connections to ensure golf cars are plugged in and charging properly.
- After connecting golf cars to chargers periodically check reset buttons on all chargers to ensure they are charging properly correct as needed.
- Mark damaged equipment for repair and set aside in designated areas.
- Rotate golf cars daily as described in club operational procedures.
- Be attentive to company grooming standards and the condition and appearance of issued uniform elements in accordance with company guidelines.
- Issue properly prepared rental clubs to guests retrieve at completion of rounds and clean rental clubs meticulously after every round.
Perform end of day inventory and quality control inspection.
- Launder and dry dirty towels fold and organize them for later use.
- Maintain a constant supply of scorecards pencils pin sheets and other necessary items in designated areas.
- Maintain clean and organized supply storage areas.
- Periodically throughout the day clean the exit and entrance to the golf car barn with particular attention being given to the golf car washing area.
All areas should be cleaned completely prior to closing.
- Respond to any safety situation in accordance with policies and procedures.
- Promptly report any concerns to management.
- Perform other tasks or projects as assigned by management and staff.
- Maintain luxury service standards.
- Maintain a professional demeanor at all times to everyone.
- Embody mission vision and values of the club daily.
- Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications / Other Expectations
- High school or equivalent.
- Excellent communication skills. Reading writing and oral proficiency in the English language.
- Basic math skills.
- Must be able to work outdoors in a fast paced environment.
- Must have demonstrated ability to provide superior customer service.
- Superior interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Valid driver's license is required

Compensation
Base Pay Start Rate: $16.00
