Position Summary: Responsible for leasing slips to achieve annual business plan occupancy and revenue goals including outreach to prospective customers, seeking understanding of customer preferences and qualifying prospective leads, drafting lease agreements and preparing backup documentation, tracking and reporting leasing activity, supporting marketing and sales plans, representing CRC Marinas at industry events and trade shows.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leasing Activities (60%): Actively pursue leasing opportunities with outreach communication to prospective clients, including promptly responding to phone and website slip inquiries. Seek understanding of prospective client needs to achieve maximum customer satisfaction and qualify prospective leads. Maintain accurate and current data on leasing prospects and slip inventory. Conduct tours of marina facilities with prospective clients. Draft slip lease agreements and collect backup documentation. Prepare weekly leasing activity reports.
  • Financial & Administrative (30%): Handle guest service requests and communicate clearly with operations team. Handle lease terminations and security deposit refunds. Prepare competitive set slip rate surveys. Ensure customer insurance & registration documents are current. Inventory, maintain, and order office supplies, equipment, gate keys, and parking passes.
  • Marketing (10%): Support marketing campaigns to increase sales volume. Maintain, track, and order marketing collateral and promotional material inventories. Represent CRC Marinas at industry events and regional boat shows in Southern California (San Diego to Los Angeles). Lead projects as directed by the Sales Manager and General Manager.

Minimum Qualifications / Other Expectations: Maintain a professional appearance and business manner at all times. Be proficient in Google Suite programs. Adhere to CRC Marinas and Irvine Company policies and procedures. Must be able to swim. Valid California driver’s license; Maintain continuous vehicle liability insurance as required by state law. (This role requires the regular and frequent operation of a vehicle, as defined in the Company’s MVR policy, and is part of the essential duties of this position.)

Compensation: Base Pay Range: $32.40 - $36.63. Actual placement within this range may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.
