Calling All Skilled Welders!
Are you a Coded Welder seeking your next big project? IRS Recruitment is pleased to be supporting our client with immediate opportunities for a long-term assignments in Wallsend, Northeast England. There are permanent opportunities available.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in heavy steel fabrications & structures
- Lloyds or other authority approval in 6GR / 6G
- Qualified in MIG Flux Core/Metal Core procedures (ISO 9606 / EN287)
Welders with up-to-date qualifications are ideal, but weld testing can be offered to the right candidate!
Choose Your Shift:
- Weekday Dayshift: Mon-Fri, 42 hours/week
- Weekday Backshift: Mon-Fri, 42 hours/week(Preferred shift not guaranteed)
Rates of Pay:
PAYE Dayshift:
£23.50 per hour – For the first 38 hours worked and approved
£30.55 per hour – In excess of 38 hours worked and approved
£35.25 per hour – Saturday hours worked and approved
£47.00 per hour – Sunday and Bank Holiday hours worked and approved
PAYE Backshift:
£26.02 per hour – For the first 38 hours worked and approved
£33.83 per hour – In excess of 38 hours worked and approved
£39.03 per hour – Saturday hours worked and approved
£52.04 per hour – Sunday and Bank Holiday hours worked and approved
