1G / 3G Welders Required – Backshift | Mid June 2026 Start | Excellent Rates

We are recruiting experienced 1G / 3G Welders for a Sea Fastening project starting mid June 2026. This role is ideal if you’re between projects, on rotation, or looking to boost your earnings with strong overtime potential.

Contract Details
  • Approx. 3 week duration
  • Backshift work
  • 6 days per week (Monday–Saturday)
  • 10 hour shifts (final hours to be confirmed)
Pay Rates
  • £23.81/hr – First 38 approved hours
  • £30.95/hr – In Excess of 38 approved hours – Monday to Friday
  • £35.72/hr – Approved Saturday hours

You will be carrying out:

  • Lower positional welding
  • Sea fastening fabrication
  • Structural welding tasks
Experience & Qualifications
  • Downhand 1G welding
  • 3G vertical butt welds preferred
  • Fillet welding experience essential
