1G / 3G Welders Required – Backshift | Mid June 2026 Start | Excellent Rates
We are recruiting experienced 1G / 3G Welders for a Sea Fastening project starting mid June 2026. This role is ideal if you’re between projects, on rotation, or looking to boost your earnings with strong overtime potential.
Contract Details- Approx. 3 week duration
- Backshift work
- 6 days per week (Monday–Saturday)
- 10 hour shifts (final hours to be confirmed)
- £23.81/hr – First 38 approved hours
- £30.95/hr – In Excess of 38 approved hours – Monday to Friday
- £35.72/hr – Approved Saturday hours
You will be carrying out:
- Lower positional welding
- Sea fastening fabrication
- Structural welding tasks
- Downhand 1G welding
- 3G vertical butt welds preferred
- Fillet welding experience essential
