We are seeking a strategic and creative Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing initiatives that elevate our brand, attract new clients and support business growth. This role blends creative thinking with data driven decision making and requires a strong understanding of both the production and agency landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Plan and execute campaigns across digital, social media, email and events.
  • Manage and grow the Irresistible Studios brand presence across all platforms.
  • Collaborate with creative, production, and sales teams to produce compelling marketing content.
  • Oversee content creation including case studies, showreels, news articles, blog posts and social media posts.
  • Analyse campaign performance and optimize based on insights and KPIs.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and media contacts.
  • Identify new industry trends.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 3-5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably within a creative agency or production environment.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools.
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and organizational skills.
  • Experience managing campaigns from concept to execution.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools and CRM platforms.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in video production or creative industries.
  • Knowledge of branding and visual storytelling.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools.
  • Good writing skills and an eye for design.

Package:

  • Salary: £35k base salary
  • Bonus: £1k per quarter when company hits target.
  • OTE: £39k p/a
  • Holiday: 28 days plus bank holidays
  • Phone: Company phone
  • Hours: 09:30 – 18:00 Mon to Fri
  • Office: WHF 3 days, Office 2 days
