Part‑Time Handy person – Ironworks Business Centre
Location: Ironworks Business Centre, Falkirk
Hours: Part‑time (flexible – to be agreed)

Ironworks Business Centre is looking for a reliable, practical, and hands‑on Part‑Time Handy person to support the day‑to‑day upkeep of our building and shared spaces. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in their work, and likes being part of a friendly business community.
Key Responsibilities
- Grounds & External Areas – include but not limited to:
- Litter picking and keeping outdoor areas tidy
- Basic garden maintenance (weeding, light pruning, general upkeep)
- Clearing rooms for incoming and outgoing tenants
- Basic painting and decorating
- Minor repairs and general maintenance tasks
- Light cleaning duties in shared and vacant spaces (not a full cleaning role, but support as needed)
- Assisting with mail and parcel handling for tenants
- Helping keep the mail area organised
What We’re Looking For
- Practical, hands‑on approach with good attention to detail
- Able to work independently and manage time well
