Ironside Farrar are a fast-growing, dynamic consultancy seeking an experienced Practice Manager to lead and coordinate the administrative operations of our 65-person business. Working as part of a small, collaborative support team (Financial Manager / Practice Manager / IT Manager), you will play a key role reporting to the Managing Director in ensuring our office runs efficiently, professionally, and in line with our growth ambitions.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years relevant experience within a comparable service-based environment. They will be ambitious and looking to take the next step in their career as a forward-thinking business administrator. Qualifications in Business Administration or Company Management are preferable, but not essential if the candidate can otherwise demonstrate core expertise / competencies through experience.
