We're looking for a freelance Video & Audio Editor to join our growing team. This isn't just a video editing role. Strong audio editing is equally important. A lot of our clients don't record with professional audio equipment, so we need someone who knows how to clean up, enhance and process audio to a high standard, creating a polished final result.

About Us

We're a specialist marketing agency working exclusively with high-end design and build companies, bespoke joinery firms, interior designers, architects and similar businesses. Our clients work on substantial residential and commercial projects, and our adverts need to reflect the quality of the brands they represent. As our client base continues to grow, we're looking to expand our editing team to help us deliver work quickly without compromising quality.

The Role

You'll be creating short-form Instagram adverts for our clients. We already have a well-developed editing framework, extensive examples and clear creative direction, so you won't be starting from scratch. That said, we're not looking for someone who simply follows instructions. We're looking for someone who can bring ideas, improve what we already do and have a genuine creative impact on the work we produce.

What We're Looking For

  • Has excellent video editing skills.
  • Has excellent audio editing skills and can professionally enhance poor-quality recordings.
  • Understands luxury brands and what genuine premium content looks and feels like.
  • Understands Instagram and how to create strong hooks that immediately capture attention.
  • Has experience producing high-performing short-form content, particularly paid social adverts.
  • Can work within an established framework while bringing their own creativity and expertise.
  • Has great attention to detail and takes pride in producing polished work.

Workload

This will start as a freelance position with a relatively small workload. Over the past six months we've typically produced around 2 to 4 client advert projects per week, with each project usually consisting of 8 advert variations, alongside ongoing revisions and new creative requests. As we continue to grow, the amount of work available will naturally increase. We're looking for someone who is available Monday to Friday to pick up edits as they come in. We appreciate this won't be a full-time position initially, but reliability and availability during the working week are important.

Pay

£20 per hour. This is a freelance position, with the opportunity for the workload to grow significantly over time as we continue expanding.

Location

Applicants must be based in either: United Kingdom or Dubai, UAE.

If this sounds like a role you'd enjoy, we'd love to hear from you. Please send us:

  • Your portfolio or examples of relevant work.
  • A short introduction about yourself.
  • Any experience creating Instagram or Meta adverts.
  • A brief overview of the software and audio tools you use.

If your work is a good fit, we'll arrange a chat and talk through the next steps.
