This Property Manager role is based in Watford, with flexibility to work from home for part of the week. The Property Manager is responsible for the effective operational delivery of housing management services, reactive repairs, property compliance and asset management across the organisation’s housing schemes including both delegated and managed services. They will lead the teams responsible for front-line housing services and statutory compliance, ensuring properties are safe, well-maintained, and managed in line with regulatory requirements.
A key focus of the role is ensuring that all property and tenancy-related activities are accurately recorded within the organisation’s CRM system to support compliance, reporting, and high-quality service delivery and that regular site visits and surveys are conducted in line with legislation, internal policy and regulatory expectations.
Responsibilities- Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of housing management and property services across the portfolio.

- Oversee tenancy management activities delivered by Property & Housing Officers, including estate management, tenancy sustainment, and resident engagement.
- Ensure consistent service standards and adherence to organisational policies and procedures.
- Proven experience in property management, compliance monitoring, and asset management.
- Knowledge of property law, safety regulations, and compliance requirements.
