Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated Training & Standards First Line Manager to join our Operations team in Rugby .
In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of operational excellence, maintaining standard operating procedures (SOPs), and delivering training and coaching across our Distribution Centre operation .
What You'll Do (Responsibilities)
- Maintain Operational Standards & Quality: Support the implementation, audit, and maintenance of SOPs across all fulfillment activities, monitoring key quality metrics-such as packing accuracy, damages, and returns-to ensure safe, accurate execution aligned with luxury brand expectations .
- Deliver Training & People
Coaching: Lead onboarding, induction, and ongoing coaching for operational colleagues, maintaining accurate training records and competency assessments to bridge skill gaps across teams .
- Promote Packaging & Stakeholder
Collaboration: Drive adherence to premium packaging requirements to reduce damage, while serving as a primary point of contact between operational teams and the Account Operations Manager to communicate process updates .
- What You'll Bring (Skills & Qualifications)
- Proven experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, logistics, or e-commerce environment .
- Demonstrated background training, supervising, coaching, or leading operational teams .
- Strong communication, organizational, and administrative skills with exceptional attention to detail .
