About the Role

The role focuses on building relationships, driving revenue growth and ensuring customer satisfaction within the Key Account Management team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop existing Key Account customer relationships to increase revenue, average order value (AOV) and order frequency while maintaining gross profit (GP) margins.
  • Manage designated key accounts, ensuring consistent exceptional service and high‑quality HubSpot record‑keeping.
  • Track account performance, meet and exceed targets, and plan monthly and quarterly sales strategies.
  • Provide customer feedback and insights to product, marketing and category management teams.
  • Work with internal teams for swift issue resolution and seamless customer service.
  • Contribute to KAM task KPIs and respond to customer contact in a timely manner.

About You

  • 2+ years experience in a fast‑paced B2B environment with a strong focus on customer needs and business growth.
  • Proven key‑account management experience, establishing long‑term relationships and tailored solutions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills at all levels.
  • Track record of meeting and surpassing sales targets.
  • High emotional intelligence and strong rapport building abilities.
  • Negotiation and objection‑handling skills.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure while focusing on team success.
  • Strategic account planning experience aligned with business objectives.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
