Job Description
We are recruiting for a full-time Warehouse/Administration role. Main duties, skills and responsibilities:
-Processing on-line orders.
-Checking with Suppliers Items are in stock.
-Pick, pack and dispatch orders.
-Quality Checking items and ensuring everything is packed correctly.
-Processing Shipping Labels via couriers like Royal Mail and FedEx.
-Communicating with customers and delivery companies regarding issues relating to orders.
-Maintain health and safety standards within the warehouse.
-Check all deliveries and inform supervisor or management of any discrepancies.
-Complete all tasks and general warehouse/admin duties in a timely manner.
-Good numeracy, literacy, computing and self-organisational skill.
-Good attention to detail.
-Have a polite, professional and helpful manner.
-Flexibility
-Good communication skills.
-Clean Driving Licence required occasional driving duties to cover for holidays.
-Manual handling and lifting required.
Monday-Thursday 9.00am-5.00pm
Friday 9.00am-4.00pm.
