About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable individual to join our team as a Warehouse Operative. This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to the smooth running of warehouse operations by ensuring accurate handling, storage, and dispatch of goods. The successful candidate will play a vital part in supporting supply chain activities, maintaining inventory accuracy, and upholding high standards of workplace safety. About the Accountabilities
- Accurately pick and pack goods to prepare orders for customer distribution.
- Safely load and unload vehicles, following all safety guidelines.
- Verify deliveries by checking items against accompanying paperwork to ensure accuracy.
- Book in items promptly, meeting agreed KPIs.
- Store goods correctly in designated locations within the Distribution Centre.
- Carry out rework activities as required.
- Maintain a clean and organised workspace at all times.
- Follow best practices to prioritize staff safety in all tasks.
- Keep external areas (loading bays, skips, etc.) clean and tidy consistently. xgikmsk
