About the Role

We are looking for a Key Account Executive to join our Key Account Management (KAM) Team - a high-energy, collaborative team dedicated to helping our customers succeed and drive sales. This role isnβt just about sales; itβs about understanding customers' needs, solving challenges, and creating long-term partnerships that fuel mutual success. Key Responsibilities
- Develop existing Key Account Customer relationships to drive up revenue, average order value (AOV) and order frequency, whilst maintaining gross profit (GP) margins.
- Manage your own designated Key Accounts to ensure consistent exceptional service.
- Keep clear, detailed notes from discussions into Hubspot.
- Track account performance, ensuring targets are met or exceeded.
- Plan and manage your monthly and quarterly sales strategy of target accounts and outreach plans.
- Provide valuable customer feedback and insights to the wider business.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure swift issue resolution and seamless customer service.
- Share customer insights with our Marketing and Category Management teams.
- Work towards KPIs for KAM tasks on customer contact to ensure timely responses.
About You
- 2 years of experience in a fast-paced B2B environment, with a strong understanding of customer needs and business growth.
- Experience managing key accounts, fostering long-term relationships, and delivering tailored solutions.
- Clear and concise communicator, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels.
- Demonstrated success in consistently meeting and surpassing sales targets, with a results-driven approach.
- High emotional intelligence and the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and colleagues alike.
- Confident in addressing objections and skilled in negotiating mutually beneficial agreements.
- Ability to thrive in dynamic, high-pressure environments while maintaining focus on team success.
- Proven ability to develop and implement account strategies aligned with overarching business objectives.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and data analysis for identifying trends and opportunities.
- Driven to succeed with a proactive mindset and a strong desire to achieve both personal and team goals.
