The Role

We're looking for a Key Account Executive to join our Key Account Management (KAM) Team—a high‑energy, collaborative team dedicated to helping our customers succeed and drive sales. Key Responsibilities
- Develop existing key account relationships to drive revenue, average order value and order frequency while maintaining gross profit margins, including cross‑selling and upselling.
- Manage your designated key accounts to ensure consistent, exceptional service, keeping detailed notes in HubSpot.
- Track account performance and ensure targets are met or exceeded.
- Plan and manage your monthly and quarterly sales strategy and outreach plans.
- Provide valuable customer feedback and insights to the wider business, including future product onboarding.
- Work closely with internal teams to resolve issues quickly and provide seamless customer service.
- Share customer insights with Marketing and Category Management to develop value propositions and product features for target markets.
- Work towards KAM task KPIs on customer contact to ensure timely responses.
About You
- 2+ years of experience in a fast‑paced B2B environment with a strong understanding of customer needs and business growth.
- Experience managing key accounts, fostering long‑term relationships, and delivering tailored solutions.
- Clear and concise communicator, verbal and written, able to engage effectively at all levels.
- Demonstrated success in consistently meeting and surpassing sales targets, with a results‑driven approach.
- High emotional intelligence and ability to build rapport and trust with clients and colleagues.
- Confident in addressing objections and skilled in negotiating mutually beneficial agreements.
- Ability to thrive in dynamic, high‑pressure environments while focusing on team success.
- Proven ability to develop and implement account strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and data analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
